IAEA panel indicates Lynas plant meets standards, says Ti
KUANTAN, May 30 — An international nuclear panel reviewing the controversial Lynas rare earth plant here have assured Kuantan MCA chief Datuk Ti Lian Ker that it is just one of many similar projects that can be safely regulated.
